Free plan

Free — 5 questions per day, indefinitely. No payment details are required and there is no time-limited trial. The free allowance resets every day.

The free plan is not a stripped-down preview. Apart from the daily limit, it includes everything the paid plans include:

Every question carries a full written explanation.
Tutor mode and timed exam mode (10, 25 or 50 questions).
Image-based questions with the actual figure.
Spaced repetition — questions you answer incorrectly return on a schedule.
Accuracy tracking broken down by subject.
Daily streak and the weekly leaderboard.
Reporting a wrong answer key, and following the status of your report.

You can also earn unlimited access without paying: invite a friend and you and your friend each receive 3 days of unlimited access. There is no limit on the number of friends you may invite.

What a paid plan includes

Unlimited questions for the duration of the plan
Grand Tests — four per month on the ₹449 plan, two on the ₹349 1-month plan, and one on the 1-week plan. A full-length mock in the real exam's own shape, with a review of every question you missed. The 1-week plan's Grand Test is included with that plan; buying the plan again includes another.
All 19 subjects and all image-based questions
Video questions — on the two 1-month plans only. Short clips of a real clinical sign, with the question asked about what you can see. They are not included with the 1-week plan.

Payment method

Payments are processed by Razorpay. UPI, debit card, credit card and net banking are supported. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure payment page and are never seen or stored by Ciel Study.

How access is granted

Access is tied to the Telegram account that started the payment. Once the payment is confirmed by Razorpay, access is applied to that Telegram account automatically, usually within a few minutes. If your access has not been applied within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your payment reference and it will be applied manually.

Nothing renews automatically. Every plan above is a one-time payment. No recurring mandate is created on your card, so there is nothing to cancel — when the access period ends you simply return to the free daily allowance. An auto-renewing monthly option existed until August 2026 and has been withdrawn; nobody is on it.
