1. Who we are

"Ciel Study" ("we", "us", "the Service") is a Telegram-based question-practice service operated by an individual sole proprietor based in India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service provides multiple-choice practice questions and written explanations for medical licensing examination preparation, delivered through a Telegram bot. It is a study aid only.

3. No affiliation with any examination body

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Board of Examinations (NBE), the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE), NEET-PG, INI-CET, or any other examination authority, university or institution. Question material is drawn from publicly circulated previous-year and recall material and is provided for personal study.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or results

We make a genuine effort to verify answer keys and write correct explanations, and we correct errors when they are reported. Even so, the content may contain mistakes. The Service does not guarantee that any answer, explanation or piece of content is correct, and it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome. Nothing here is medical advice and it must not be used for clinical decision-making or patient care.

5. Your account

Access is tied to your Telegram account. You are responsible for activity on your Telegram account. Paid access is personal to you and is not transferable to another Telegram account.

5a. Acceptance of these Terms

Before any paid plan is activated you are asked, inside the bot, to confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Your confirmation is recorded against your Telegram account together with the date, time and the version of the policy accepted. A copy of that record can be produced on request and may be relied on in the event of a dispute or chargeback.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• redistribute, resell, republish or bulk-export the questions or explanations;
• share paid access with others, or use automated tools to extract content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms. Where we terminate access for a breach, no refund is due.

7. Payments

Paid plans, prices and access periods are set out on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card or bank details. Refunds and cancellation are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability

The Service is operated by one person and is provided on an "as available" basis. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control (including Telegram or hosting outages). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Intellectual property

The explanations, software and presentation of the Service are ours. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own study for the period you have paid for. If you believe material on the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination outcomes.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the bot. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
